Finally borderlands 2 is a fairly well balanced game and the power gap between characters is not that vast. Again this is just my list and plenty of people will disagree and again their are a ton of metrics to judge best characters but my list as mentioned focuses on the endgame and raiding. This is a ranking of character effectiveness not build effectiveness.
