This is a tier list for the best 4 star heroes to unlock potential for in feh. Aether raids tl will have the format used by the feh tier list builder because it allows saving the last created tl and it is not necessary to relocate the 550 units the others will have a different format. Heres another f2p tier list for 10 merge projects this time featuring the 3 and 4 summons from the banner pool.
