Frankly every character is low tier in my hands but i like these discussions anyway and couldnt find a new list yet so i figured id ask you folks. But who is exactly the worst or best character in terms of tiers ranging from low to high. Each character has its good moments and bad moments so with keeping this in mind sometimes you just have to go by your gut instinct even with a character thats not often played. I have to say this is kind of a hard game to make a good tier list for with loads of differing opinions between regions but this japanese tier list makes a decent case for the base of a current list. The simplest characters are within the s tier while the worst characters are within the c tier.
